I’m working on a guide to prepare for a natural and effortless birth, where the body and flow state take over -- and how to apply this phenomenon to any creative project.
My own births inspired this project; the first of which, my baby shot out of me like a champagne bottle cork. I had to resort to Google to find a name for what happened: the fetus ejection reflex. When it happened again with baby number two, I realized that giving birth is the most literal, visceral experience of creative manifestation one can have.
Unfortunately, birthing has been relegated to the realm of medicine as a condition to endure rather than an experience to unfold… yet if we let birth happen to us instead of something to get through, it brings us in line with pure creation and manifestation. Once the tactics and mindset for a natural birth experience are understood, these can be applied to any creative manifestation, project, or idea.
